the development of the aural tone and concept behind the music i am now producing is deliberately multifacted. this approach is resulting in rich, interlinked motifs. a range of visual practices have been useful, but the most conducive process is writing. Consequently I am writing a novel, rendering the ideas in the noise into words.

Don’t ask Thomas, a man only participating in his life because time moves forwards, like road kill being dragged on a journey by the grill of the car that hit it.
Lacking agency, severed from the natural world and devoted to insobriety, the fruits of Thomas’ monotonous existence are abruptly upended, and he finds his awareness skidding between planes.
Trying to grip at his waning lucidity and placed at direct odds with the body he hates, a distraction emerges and politely asks to pull him deeper.’
